ADU without a view is a garage conversion ADU that evolved into a back yard redesign and a house renovation and addition. The ADU will be used as an at home office and a media room, the yard has been reimagined  without the present driveway cutting through it. The house has evolved to connect to the yard. This project is in permitting.
