Art Deco Masterpiece

Art Deco Masterpiece The Art Deco Masterpiece is the renovation of an existing small commercial building turned into a Artist studio. The  building is located in the Jefferson Park Historic Neighborhood, so the exterior must be designed within in the confines of past architectural styles . The client choose Art Deco. The facade was transformed into a classic Art Deco facade and the interior is a large studio with large windows facing into an interior patio. This project is part of a larger 3 building complex.
