Black and White Condo

Black and White Condo The is a project that was face-lift renovation. The goal was to update the space with a very minimal budget. The most severe changes were: a door to the master closet was moved and the fire place was removed to create a more diversely usable living room. The walls were skim-coated smooth and a large mural was painted in the living room. The result is a more functional open space focused on the balcony.
